Nature Center at Shaker Lakes Announces Big Game Hunters Club
New Adult Sports and Games Group to Premiere This Month

CLEVELAND (Jan. 10) – The Nature Center at Shaker Lakes announces the inaugural meeting of its new Big Game Hunters Club on Saturday, Jan. 27, from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. This club will allow adults to participate in a variety of friendly games and sport competitions each month, both indoors and outdoors on the Nature Center's grounds and throughout the Shaker Parklands and Doan Brook Watershed.

The Club kicks off this month with indoor games in the Nature Center's Meeting Room. Enjoy hot chocolate and cider while battling your opponents' wits in energizing games of Cranium, Scene-It?, Evolution and Battle of the Sexes. This is a free event.

"The Big Game Hunters Club is designed to give a variety of recreational opportunities to young professionals, graduate students and anyone else with an interest in alternative club sports and games," said Carol Marshall, development manager. "This club is an excellent way for adults to join in exciting games and meet new people, while experiencing everything the Nature Center has to offer."

The Big Game Hunters Club is a monthly group for adults interested in both indoor and outdoor games ranging from dodge ball and kickball to board games and bocce. It will meet on the last Saturday of each month and is open to adults 21 and over. Advanced registration is requested for all club events.
