Join New Era Cleveland for Self-Care Sundays at the Nature Center at Shaker Lakes! Self-Care Sundays serve as a safe space for healing trauma, learning self-love, conflict resolution, yoga, and meditation. Enjoy beginner friendly meditation, yoga, and self-care activities. Registration optional. Classes are offered on a first come, first serve basis. Free to attend!
