Naturalist Notebook: The Round of a Country Year by David Kline with Loganberry Books

David Kline, an Amish farmer and naturalist in mid-Ohio, has written several books following the seasons with a keen eye on nature as well as daily life in his book, THE ROUND OF A COUNTRY YEAR. David is a good friend of Wendell Berry’s, who introduces the book speaking about the kinship Amish farmers have with their land and the simpler life we have left behind. This newer book of David’s also addresses climate change.
