Meditation in Nature

The natural world is the perfect place to nourish your inner world! The sights and sounds naturally steady the mind, releasing the busy thoughts. This class will help you deepen these experiences and will empower you to draw upon this meditation technique on your own. It’s an ideal way to make friends with your mind, and it’s as natural and as simple as breathing.
Classes begin in the Activity Room with some simple stretches and breath work, and a sitting meditation from a chair (or on the floor, if you prefer). We will then move outdoors, weather permitting, for a walking meditation practice.
