NATURE AT NIGHT
JUNE 3, 2023 | A BENEFIT FOR THE NATURE CENTER AT SHAKER LAKES

We look forward to celebrating the Nature Center at Shaker Lakes together with you for a wonderful night under the stars featuring dedicated local restaurant partners. Please help us support this special place in our community!
The Nature Center at Shaker Lakes was founded in 1966 as part of a grassroots movement to prevent the construction of a freeway through the Shaker Parklands.
After a successful, multi-year capital campaign concluded, the Nature Center at Shaker Lakes is looking ahead. With all-new outdoor infrastructure and features, visitors and students
alike are more deeply engaging with nature throughout our outdoor classroom, exploring and learning through extensive hands-on observation of science and nature, while making lasting memories.
Today, the Nature Center continues to be a destination for local birders, nature enthusiasts, adults, and families who seek a safe and engaging outdoor experience, and is free and open to the public year-round.
The Nature Center is a 501(c)3 organization and receives no tax dollars to support its operations, educational programming, and trail & habitat maintenance.
